Showed this client dozens of homes to find out that they werent willing to sell their home if they didn't find the right home to purchase. Which is understandable, except they hired me before the home search started to list their home and market it. After I decided on not pursuing the listing and business they have since decided to stay in their home as there hasn't been anything that has interested them.
